{"id":5915,"date":"2024-05-21T07:55:49","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T06:55:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apiculture-haut-bugey.com\/?p=5915"},"modified":"2024-05-21T07:58:19","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T06:58:19","slug":"recette-du-pain-depice-de-martien","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apiculture-haut-bugey.com\/?p=5915","title":{"rendered":"Recette du pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pice de Martien."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Cette recette n&rsquo;est pas la mienne, c&rsquo;est celle \u00e0 peine modifi\u00e9e de mon ami Martien Monnet, apiculteur \u00e0 Chevillard qui nous a quitt\u00e9s en 2020.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5813\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apiculture-haut-bugey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_20230111_0001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apiculture-haut-bugey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_20230111_0001.jpg 562w, https:\/\/www.apiculture-haut-bugey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/IMG_20230111_0001-300x289.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>4<\/strong><strong>00 g. de miel (du Haut Bugey bien entendu, plut\u00f4t un miel qui a du go\u00fbt)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>30 g. de sucre<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>1 verre de lait chaud (ou 220g)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>1 \u0153uf<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>250 g. de farine tamis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>10 grammes de sel de Vichy (bicarbonate de soude)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>4 grammes de 4 \u00e9pices moulues<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>6 grammes d&rsquo;anis vert en grain<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Bien d\u00e9layer le miel, le sucre et le lait chaud.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Ajouter L\u2019\u0153uf, la farine, les 4 \u00e9pices et l&rsquo;anis vert.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Battre pendant 15&prime; \u00e0 la main (10&prime; avec un batteur)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Ajouter le sel de Vichy et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Laisser reposer pendant 15 minutes.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Verser dans un moule beurr\u00e9 (ne le remplir qu&rsquo;\u00e0 moiti\u00e9, le pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pice va beaucoup gonfler \u00e0 la cuisson)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Enfourner dans un four froid, (tr\u00e8s important),\u00a0 thermostat 5 ( 150\u00b0) pendant 45 \u00e0 50&prime;, si four \u00e0 chaleur tournante, position p\u00e2tisserie.
